OUR STORY

Nottingham based Life Matters Coaching was founded by Louise Startin in 2011. 

Louise’s background is in leadership, in both the private and public sector. Since training as a personal and business coach, Louise has become a government mentor and her clients include global commercial FMCG brands, large regional organisations such as Higher Education Institutions and NHS Trust, plus smaller owner-led businesses.

Louise is an accredited NHS 360 Feedback Facilitator and an Associate Coach with NHS East Midlands Leadership Academy, working to support healthcare leaders in delivering excellence in patient care.

As an ILM accredited coach in neuro-diversity, Louise also supports in empowering individuals on behalf of Genius Within CiC, to create work place strategies which allow them to engage with the strengths of their neuro-diverse thinking. Coaching focuses on positive, constructive & simple interventions to support increased effectiveness and job satisfaction within clients roles.

She is a member of the Association of Coaching and the Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurs.
